Savor moments of natural beauty in Japanese woodblock prints that honor the past and the present, the timeless and the ephemeral. Artwork by Katsushika Hokusai and Utagawa Hiroshige, among others, chronicles the changing seasons, traditional observances of holidays and festivals, and people's workaday lives. The thirty-two prints in this engagement calendar span more than one hundred years of Japanese printmaking. All are in the collection of the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York.
