In the 1980s, I produced a tree form menorah which I titled as a Monterey Cypress after the famous ancient trees of that region of the California coast. It was a successful; piece, but time moves on and I thought I'd like to make an updated version. My new menorah weighs in at over 6 pounds and is 15 inches wide, making it quite the hefty sculpture. Like all my work, it is molded and sand cast in bronze in my studio foundry.
