The largest cauldron always ends up in the middle of things. Fill it with apples from the orchard, warm bread, Halloween candy, or something made slowly enough to carry straight to the table. Use it as a small soup tureen when the evenings cool, or give it a place on the altar to hold whatever you are gathering, tending, or calling closer. Its form carries the impression of an ancient cauldron, remembered loosely and shaped for a modern home. Fingertip lines move around the dark clay and catch the candlelight along the ridges. The small handles at either side are shaped by hand, with the slight differences that make each bowl its own.
The Large Cauldron Bowl nests with the Cauldron Bowl and Mini Cauldron Bowl, gathering all three vessels together when collected as a set. Made for shared tables, gathered things, and the season when the dark begins arriving early.
