A great introductory project that will introduce you to several prominent (yet elementary) stitches found in Arts & Crafts textiles. Embroidery kit includes linen with marked design, pearl cotton thread, instructions (color photos of stitches being worked) and a needle. The Water Lily Pillow is worked in the satin stitch, long and short stitch, stem stitch, French knots and includes areas of raised (padded) embroidery (i.e., center stem and center petal of lily).
